Delete selected item from selectable list

I would like to delete selected items from the selectable list after selected it.
Is it possible ?

Hi @Tux240

What is your use case as a select autocomplete component is designed to select something and not to delete something out of a given list. ;) Could you maybe elaborate more on how you use it?
