JS TOTP Libraries

It's rather a curious question. I have noted, mostly TOTP JS libraries are not being maintained for years. What's stopping devs to maintain these libraries.

They are pretty simple libraries, shouldnt require much maintenance. If there are core issues we can get them resolved.

Some things need to be updated though :) Just opened a pull request to keep the warnings away
