Update Donation Page

@lnatal2 has mentioned in a separate discussion that users often ask how to donate to Project Gutenberg. This is the current donation page: https://www.gutenberg.org/donate/

My sense is that it could and probably should get a similar update as the Homepage is currently getting. Making it less verbose, more clearly structured and generally a good bit more modern that is.

Donations are pretty important, so this could be a real win.

Indeed! Users do need straighforward information about donation. Looking back at the main page, I wonder why do we need a separate icon for PayPal? Better have only a single button going to the donation page.

I agree that the donate page could use some work; design work is premature without some clear goals around fundraising strategy.

the paypal button removes a click and reduces donor friction.
