So a few notes,

to turn off

/gp/gpControl/command/system/sleep
is the endpoint to turn off.

set the res

/gp/gpWebcam/START?res=1080
is how to set the res from 1080 or 720

the status and settings information

/gp/gpControl/status
key status[30] is the name
key status[70] is battery percentage
key settings[43] is to see what the current state of the lens is
