Guild broken on Macs not using Homebrew

We're hard coding a location that's used by Brew, which happens to work on most Mac simply because Brew is popular!

Actually its guild broken on Mac without homebrew installed Erlang.

I've kerl installed Erlang and it doesn't work because it seems to expect the
home-brew installed Erlang
