[BUG] Show detailed explanation on reason why format was unable to parse file

When running `guida format` on an invalid file the following message is shown:

```
Unable to parse file src/Main.guida To see a detailed explanation, run guida make on the file.
```

We should instead see the detailed explanation without having to run `guida make`.
