Reduce the number of errors in frontend stacks

Frontend applications are producing a lot of error logs. We should investigate what's causing these errors, with a view to substantially reducing the number of errors. This will reduce the noise when investigating real errors.

The worst offenders are (in order):

• Preview
• Sport
• Discussion
• Application

We suspect calls to PA (or the PA Agent) may be responsible for a lot of these errors. It's unclear whether we need to be calling PA in Preview.
