Paid content appearing in Most Popular container on Europe front #27532

We had a report that this piece was appearing in the Most popular container on the Europe front yesterday. https://www.theguardian.com/business-briefs/ng-interactive/2024/sep/12/french-business-briefs-hq
It did probably get enough page views for this to be expected, but we thought paid content was excluded there. I am afraid I don't have screenshots because this was passed on by someone else.
Could you let us know the logic here? It looks like some of the way the component / container on the page is outside of the control of our editorial tooling, for web.
