From email thread. The first list displays the newest Opinion pieces, due to the Comment is Free (Blog) tag creating a series container. This should be capitalized or rethought. The second list is a new addition that shows cards in the Opinion container on Network front(s). They are identical because the current Opinion container is manually filled with the latest stories with the Comment is Free (Blog) tag.
