Improve Sentry alerting #9032
Description
It's too easy to ignore Sentry alerts when they are too frequent or feel irrelevant.
We should improve the general experience of using Sentry in the WebX team by evaluating current alerting rules and creating a "runbook" or shared understanding of what to do when errors arise and how to go about fixing them.
