New match stats design

Create new component for match info. This component will be used in the match summary page (e.g. https://www.theguardian.com/football/match/2025/nov/23/arsenal-v-tottenham-hotspur) and match report stat (at the bottom of this page https://www.theguardian.com/football/2025/nov/23/arsenal-tottenham-premier-league-match-report). Note the new substitution design and remember that the wiring up the component in the pages will be done separately.
