• football/api/match-nav/ call should only happen client side when match is live
• We can conditionally (if the match is live) wrap the component in an island
• We can add the score server side and just update it in the client by the client side call (similar to the election trackers)
• This doesn't include the match state e.g. FT, HT, etc. Match state is handled in Add match state (FT, HT, etc) to header #14902
