[Scoping Epic] Decommission Legacy App Templates

The Decommission Apps Rendering milestone is almost complete, and this milestone is the next priority for us to work through.

We know what the remaining items are at a high level, but not the detail of what's involved in migrating them. There might also be items we haven't captured yet.

The purpose of this epic is to turn the list of remaining items for this milestone into clearly scoped work and identify dependencies, gauge effort, and explore any simplification opportunities that could help us reach the milestone sooner.

There's a two-pager with additional context that might be helpful to review.

What to scope:

Each remaining milestone item has its own [Scoping Item] Sub-Issue, where we'll:

• Break it down into deliverable tasks.
• Surface dependencies, risks, or unknowns.
• Capture effort (1-5) and confidence (High/Medium/Low).
• Note any simplification options (e.g. reusing existing DCAR templates or components) and their potential impact on the effort and confidence.

There is a scoping template within each [Scoping] Sub-Issue to capture all the above information in a structured way.

Definition of done:

All sub-issues are scoped, have been reviewed/paired on, and are ready to be prioritised in our planning sessions.
