Match Report Articles in DCAR for Dotcom and Apps

Match reports are articles covering sporting events. In general they look and work the same as standard articles, but for football matches they include additional features such as:

1. Scores and match stats for some matches
2. Tabs that connect together some combination of the liveblog, match report, preview and stats for some matches

There's some variation in these features and the way they're presented between apps and dotcom. We'd like to create a unified design that supports all features currently available across apps and dotcom, apply that to the dotcom match reports, and then bring these to the apps as well via DCAR.
