kaze install fails with "No such file or directory - bin/bundle"

In a brand new Rails 8.1 installation, kaze install fails with this error. bin/bundle doesn't seem to ship with rails anymore.

Can of course be solved with bundle binstubs bundler to generate the binstub, but I'm sure this isn't the idea? 😄
