There is no such visualization script; I drew it manually.

But I couldn't notice that you are saving the real edges. Could you please let me know from which place you are getting those saved edges in your script?

Sorry for the late reply. I’ve been feeling unwell recently. The edge connections are saved after the model is trained. You can save the edge with adding "torch.save" in egde construciton code.
