Windows is broken because FFMPEG install needs to be in quotes at default

the default install location of FFMPEG is in windows stupidly named 'Program Files' directory, which will cause that space to error out unless wrapped in quotes. this is why your tests don't validate around it, and unfortunately it doesn't want to be prompted around either
