Need for auto COCOS labeller / converter

megpy currently does not assume any COCOS convention for the inputs, working with its variables as is. This is potentially dangerous for automated processing of large datasets.

Requests:

• (Semi-)Automated determination the COCOS number from the input data
• Functionality to convert between COCOS conventions in output representation / save file
