[Bug]: /gsd rethink to skip the current slice does not update all relevant files

Summary

I ran /gsd rethink and asked it to skip the current slice, but on running /gsd auto, it continued working on the supposedly-skipped slice.

Steps to reproduce

Begin work on a slice, exit auto mode, /gsd rethink, skip the slice, /gsd auto - skipped slice is resumed.

Expected behavior

/gsd rethink should update all relevant files/db entries so the slice is actually skipped.

Actual behavior

Only the roadmap was updated, not the db, not STATE.md, json files weren't cleaned up.

It's actually not at all clear how to skip a slice, I would have thought this was the way?
