How do you use GSD?

Hi, can you in your own words describe how you use GSD? How does it fit in your workflow? Maybe share a success/horror sorry?

I am looking for the same. I was using GSD1 freestyle and now the same with GSD2.
When I read some other discussions then I recognize people are using it much different then I am using it.
It would be awesome if some of the professional users would create a best practice guide or a how to use best video

I'm still trying to figure out if it's possible to use GSD in a corporate environment where there are product managers, other teams, and task tracking and roadmaps managed through Jira. Has anyone managed to make this adaptation work? Are there any success stories?

The two main patterns: (1) Milestone-driven — define a milestone, GSD plans slices and tasks, runs fully autonomous execution. Best for large features where you want minimal hand-holding. (2) Freestyle — use /gsd for individual questions and tasks without a full milestone structure. Your GSD1 pattern maps to this. Both are valid. The milestone path gives you more planning discipline and stuck-loop recovery; freestyle gives you faster iteration for smaller tasks.
