I think it would be great if the user questionnaire can be done for all phases at first and then let it lose to complete all phases (research, planning, execution,...) and reduce continuous user intervention along with clearing the context when possible.

v1.31.0 adds exactly this workflow:

1. Discuss all phases upfront:

/gsd:discuss-phase 1
/gsd:discuss-phase 2
/gsd:discuss-phase 3

2. Then let it loose:

/gsd:autonomous

Or use the new --chain flag to discuss-then-execute in one flow per phase:

/gsd:discuss-phase 1 --chain

This auto-chains discuss→plan→execute with fresh context at each step.
