[Bug] Unchecking 'Hides Hair' doesn't work

As the title says, when unchecking the 'Hides Hair' button nothing happens. When building the resource these changes are not reflected in-game and the drawable will still hide hair. When exporting the project and then re-opening it, the checkbox will be checked again.

vice versa with this issue. Checking Hide Hairs does not hide the hairs

Won't work with custom hair unless mod creator knows what they're doing and adds the correct function for the hair to shrink. Can't be done in the tool, has to be done in Blender / 3DS Max.
