Skip ontology development should still extract facts?

When I try to run ontocast with skip ontology development' set to true, it skips all steps and does not output any extracted triples. As if it skips the whole pipeline. If that is the intention I suggest to name it a differently? Does it not make more sense to have an extract_facts_only variable if you dont want/need to develop an ontology?
