Granular control over ontology creation

Is it feasible to add a TOPIC env var to config, so we can have better control over the resulting ontology?

Current approach seems like creating an ontology based on given documents, but rather a general one. What I'm essentially saying is allowing user prompts. TOPIC is an example, it can also be USER_PROMPT etc. This way, potentially irrelevant stuff can be ignored with TOPIC=Quantum Physics, or USER_PROMPT=You are an expert on Quantum Physics and responsible for creating an ontology. Utilize given papers, but do not include irrelevent stuff such as author or paper names.

Apriori we have ontology_user_instruction and facts_user_instruction which a user can send to the ontocast request as part of the query:

Hypothetically it should be used to guide an otherwise domain agnostic extraction model.

The documentation is a bit obsolete, I will update it asap.
