more sanitation for tigergraph

• conn() _define_schema_local -> compare on relation_dbname
• resources inference for sanitized attributes (vertices) are not correct: need to a TransforActor with map
• payload for TG must not contain None : sanitize it.
• merge batches better for gsql
• separate define schema from ingest
