env vars should be inherited by the process if you set them outside the process ... maybe different on windows, not sure

Brings me to another issue
"parallel_cucumber -n 5 -p parallel_real #{feature_files} "
This command isnt running my parallel_real profile but instead pulling from a default 'parallel' profile in my cucumber.yml

I have tried this
"parallel_cucumber -n 5 -o '-p parallel_real -s #{feature_files} ' but instead of pulling in a few feature files that I am passing in it is running against the whole test suite
but it takes the correct profile from the cucumber.yml

I am currently running v 4.2.1 because I am using ruby 3.0.4

try to upgrade ruby and the gem ... but idk what is causing these issues
