I need this program to receive the film sent by DICOM workstation, then store it in the database, and send it to the film printer through this program at some time in the future,can i use your library?

node-dicom can only parse DICOM files, there is no network functionality. It was planned but never implemented because QIDO-RS became a thing.

I would recommend https://www.dcm4che.org/ but you'd have to write your program in Java.
