Feature request: ability to subscribe/unsubscribe to comments of a post

Currently, there is the `Comments" tab in the newsfeed which shows the latest comments under posts you have also commented. There is no way to make a post appear on that tab without commenting it.

Also, sometimes I would like to receive **notifications** whan some post is commented, even if the new comment doesn't mention me.
