Pass download information rows to all download operation function to reduce calls to aria2c #5
Description
In some download operations we get a list of gids to operate upon but then we need, e.g., the status, or the download type. Though this information already exists in the Picker items, we have to make another call to rpc to get that data.

- Retry download
- Open download location
- Open download
