How to account for polarization and spectral index/bandpass structure

This is a big meta-issue. FItting shapelets in image domain and removing them in uv-domain works for narrow-band(flat bandpass), unpolarized sources. This is a limited case. We need to be able to incorporate spectral index information and polarization components when inserting a shapelet-based model into visibility space.
