option to colour battery block based on power draw rather than battery charge #2201

I have two separate blocks for power and battery charge where only one of the stats is shown each. I like that the battery one is coloured based on charge; that makes sense. But the power-only block has nothing to do with how full the battery is and should not change colour based on charge.

For now I've hacked around this by disabling the colouring entirely via the threshold settings but power still gets coloured while charging. I suppose that's fine too to show that it's + not -.

What I'd really like to happen though is that it should be coloured based on how high the power draw is; just like CPU gets coloured based on usage.

critical/warning/info/idle for varying degrees of negative power and good during positive power. Perhaps idle could extend a little into the positive range too though (configurable) to catch oddities while at level charge.

While writing this I noticed that it would be useful to be able to disable colouring entirely for a block and that should probably be a generic option for any block type.
