Waveform slot display in luma-mu mode

If the size of the sample is less than the Luma-mu slot size (16k) or selected wave range from Start/End is less than 16k, when waveform dropped on the slot it's displayed stretched. Instead it should show the remaining gap of the silence in addition to waveform. On the screenshot below the Slot#3 sample is very short and it's stretched to the whole slot size.

If however Luma-mu bank exported as ROM and re-imported later, it shows correctly:

It's clear why this happening - on the importing ROM back it's parsed in 8 slots as is. This way samples show be always showed.

This applies to both modes, and is working as intended? It only affects how it's drawn. I think if we didn't stretch it it may be miniscule to the left and then that would be a bug that it looked like the copy didn't work?

This happens in both modes and needs to be addressed for Luma-1 mode as well. It won't be a minuscule, as a whole slot is about 1.5sec.
