Noise Generator #43
Description
A Noise Generator. There is potentially different kind of noises to impl: see http://noisehack.com/generate-noise-web-audio-api/ (the code out there is MIT)
Also would be great to have a pitch on that noise. It could be a frequency param or using the note value (or both?)
