What's the maintenance status of this project?

Hi there,

My organization is currently switching from RoundhousE to grate. We're very impressed with this work!

However, we noticed there's been no new updates on docker hub for ~ 1 year and no commits here for ~ 6 months. We're a little concerned about switching from an unmaintained project into another unmaintained project. Is this project an active priority for the maintainers (for example, patching vulnerabilities as they crop up)?

That's a fair enough question when @erikbra has been quiet lately, but I get notified of all issues in this repo, and could react to security issues etc if needed.

I can't say it's an "active priority" for me right now due to work, family and health commitments, but I wouldn't consider the project "unmaintained" by a long way.

I have contacted Erik (@erikbra) via several emails and understand that he is busy with a personal matter.
grate is a wonderful project, and we're using it intensively in production right now. I'm happy to invest my time as a co-maintainer. Please tell me what is needed to be a co-maintainer in this project.

The three things that really impact me as a 'maintainer' (and I use that term loosely, I'm really just a random guy that helped out at the start, and still lurks because I rely on the tool and want to see it improve) are:

• A lack of knowledge of DBMSs other than SQL server. I'm effectively unqualified to act on any bugs/PR's relating to MySql/Oracle etc.
• A lack of time to dedicate to reproducing/fixing/testing bugs. The more people can contribute PR's rather than just raising an issue and walking away the better. This is a general issue with all smaller OSS, not just this project. For example, there's been an issue with Documentation and Good First Issue tags for nearly a year and no-one has jumped in with a PR.
• Confirmation from Erik around the power he's happy for me to wield. I have some level of permissions in this repo but certainly not god status, and the last thing I want to do is step on his toes.
