Fetch 100 requests/options when fetching via Graph

Fetch 100 logs for events Publish/Open and filter as needed when fetching from logs. Repeat until requests.length >= 100 and options.length >= 100. This will require further modification to loadAll in options controller. As of now it loads via Publish event only. A method of fetching requests vs options will be required.
