Support more modern Python versions #22
Description
Currently, we only support python 3.9 and 3.10. The main issue is our eth-etl dependency, which has pretty old and very restricted dependencies. It also looks like that the project is in maintainance mode, only minor pull requests like typos are accepted nowerdays.
