Instances of objects not unique

When trying to export a more complex model (e.g http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:13975) I'm seeing multiple entries for things like "Wheels()" and "Axles_002()".

The _multmatrix function I added back gets us half way (the geometry is shared parent, translated+rotated into position), but the multmatrix function name needs to be unique instance-specific. Not sure how to access+iterate over that info myself so tossing it your way.

Ooh, sorry I didn't merge your _multmatrix function until today! It's great fun throwing arbitrary linear transforms on imported models!

I don't know of a simple way of exporting a blender project while keeping the hierarchy of duplicate objects =( Would it be alright if I just made a separate Wheel_002() or Axel_002() for each instance in the blender scene? Yes, we'd have an extra set of vertices for each wheel, but at least openscad will render the same scene.
Alternatively, we can leave it an exercise for the user to do the right translation before calling Wheel_002()

If you can implement something that "just works" (but duplicated), it'll give me something from which I can figure out a way to handle it hierarchically on the OpenSCAD side.
