Add permissions layer #73
Description
Permission a users ability to:
- view modules in the navigation panel (Configuration, Trading, Strategies, Dashboard)
- view configuration data (accounts, strategies, servers)
- manage configuration data (add, edit or delete)
- view an account in the trading module
- place an order on an account
- cancel an open order on an account
- view strategies
- run a strategy
- monitor a running strategy
- update a running strategy's parameters in realtime
