In Docker mode, the path to the pipeline should be the result of filepath.Rel(sourceDir, pipeline) #48
Description
When running a pipeline with Docker like this:
scribe -mode=docker -arg=source=../../../ ./
then the volume will be mounted after resolving the source path of ../../../, but will still keep the pipeline path as './' when it should be the difference between '../../../' and '.'
