the first time to run scripts to publishToMaven ，stagingProfileId with empty value,when I change it or delete stagingProfileId ,it occurs.
how can I fix this?

I haven't seen it before. Maybe it is an internal error in OSSRH?

If it persists, please use "publishToMavenLocal" and review what was published to ~/.m2/repo/.... Maybe there is some garbage?

had checked the local repo folder, there is no garbage, the file is normal my local repo ,same as others

no ui ,and my local scripts is like:
