How-to-use section

Hi there! First of all, thanks for sharing your awesome configuration! I've been using your oh-my-tmux and I absolutely love it.

My only request would be if you could write a how-to-use section. Specially for someone relatively new to vim, it could be useful to learn how your config handles for example file navigation ((n casef that is supported by any of the listed plugins) or if there are special keybindings added.
