- There was lots of positive feedback on how online forms help people with access needs complete forms.
- We identified some specific areas to consider around the design of forms and the potential to get help on the ‘Check your answers’ page.
- Whilst GOV.UK Forms does a lot to improve accessibility, this work highlighted that content in questions and guidance is also an important factor in how accessible a form is.
