2025-12-01 Update Welsh version to match what will go live in production for release 1

What

Through research we were able to confirm that the table input for translations worked for users. We did hear and see at least 2 users have slight trouble with the custom styling for the table we went with. Due to this we want to reduce development time and are hoping to improve usability by falling back to use more standard components to make up the screen.

This newly agreed style of the screen needs to be updated in the prototype. This issue is to implement this work.

Other work we might introduce

• add markdown buttons and javascript that we use in production
• minor fixes to align with production
• updates to packages if needed
• other small improvements
