Close on temperature limit

By pressing both open and close button at the same time windows are stopped in the current position, and this module will not try to close them. This is good for summer time when one might keep the windows open for long periods.

To not risk the temperature getting to low, add a preference for lower temperature limit, where window close signal will be sent both if windows were opened normally or if they were opened and stopped.

Implemented setting for closing window on temperature setting, but forgot to let it override manually stopped.
