When using php-redis 5.3.1, get 500 error

I am aware of this one, and will likely resolve it when we move to next version.

This is due to changes in how Redis handles caching with EXPIRE set to 0.

It was introduced in: ce0cbed#diff-1e67495a8dadb1545188e00c49b9600dcf1e53b975d6b1461724dd8a4c60799b

You could technically work around this by setting the routes EXPIRE to 1 second instead of 0 in app/routes.ini.
