wrong supabase start command mention in readme file

 supabase start 

is invalid command as other's may not have supabase installed globally
it should be as

npx supabse start

I initially tried supabase cli using supabase, but it is buggy with supabase s3 storage schema and requires python as dependency for some of commands. Standalone CLI does not have any such bugs.

Supabase CLI is mentioned in prerequistie, though

Yes, But you can try the npx if you are not facing the issue, as I got them while creating the migration scripts.

Create a empty folder in supabase folder with two empty folder like below.

I think we should use import instead of require since it is not commonJS, and lets keep script in supabase folder for segrigation..
so upadate lines would be following
