Reload with cache bypass, all the time.

Is there a way to set the Reload button to ALWAYS bypass cache when pressed, rather than having to use the Shift key modifier to trigger it? As has been brought up on other forums, uMatrix still blocks some frames on allowed domains/scripts when the Reload button is pressed, unless you bypass cache to reload the page. It would be very helpful if there were a way to set cache bypassing as a default action, rather than optional (at the user's choosing, of course).
