Feedback on the Installation Process for Free Users #495

Thanks for sharing this tool. One area that seems worth improving is the installation documentation. A clearer setup section, including prerequisites and examples, would help new users get started more smoothly.
Constant jumping between the cli and Google Cloud required almost 2 hours to complete the install.
I attempted to use Gemini to assist with the install, however Gemini often made errors while assisting with the install.
After completion, basic commands such as gws drive and gws calendar continued to generate unusable error messages.
I know this is early, hope you can continue to improve the installation process.
