Rank labels #18
Description
For each Notes object, all of the labels that have ever been associated with that object will be ranked based on how many users have set or removed those labels (only counting users that have saved that notes object as a "Favorite").
This ranking will be used to determine:
- The top labels which show up on the basic Notes tile in the search results
- The default labels which show up on the Note object's preview and are set when a user saves a note object as a "Favorite"
