Improve latency

Improvements made:

• Remove double call to setAllBusinesses (ideally cut latency in half)

• Front-end: Images load as card is displayed as opposed to all images being loaded prior to page display. Now there is 3 calls to the PhotoRequest API as opposed to <60 calls in overhead.

• Remove async&sync xhttp request and replaced with one getRequest and fetch. This allowed us to remove forced timeouts in the javascript code to ensure that operations were happening in the correct order.

Before async-fix and double call removal: avg runtime: 50-70 seconds per call
after async-fix, before image loading adjusted: avg runtime: 10-20 seconds per call

With LinkedIn follower checks and TextSearchRequest checks for all 60 business: avg runtime: approx. 1 minutes per call
